Dear MESE group health insurance policyholder, your MESE card is going 100% digital in 2025 !
Your 2025 insurance card will be available exclusively online. A paper copy will no longer be sent to you by mail.
Why we are going digital :
•It is more secure. Your card is in your personal account, which is password-protected.
•It is more convenient. No more lost cards! A digital copy is always available online.
•It is more environmentally-friendly. No more paper cards to print or mail to send.
What you need to do :
•If you have already activated the “MESE et Moi” mobile app on your phone or the Member Area on your computer, you are all set!
•If your MESE account has not been activated on your smartphone or computer:
- Download the “MESE et Moi” app on your phone from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Plus, with “MESE et Moi” you can do much more than access your insurance card. You can track reimbursements and upload pictures of quotes and invoices, right from your phone.
- You can also activate your Member Area (Espace Adhérent) to access all your health insurance services on your computer at www.mese.fr.
